✅ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery:  info@gradeascents.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We'll be happy to assist with a resolution on a case-by-case basis.
